This position is responsible for managing trim materials, pertaining to Lands’ End Apparel, and working with the Hong Kong office team to ensure trim meets the quality and aesthetic expectations of the final product, at the best value, to support corporate profit goals. Manage trim development, including managing the calendar, sourcing, sample tracking, and costing of trim Develop Sustainable raw materials and processes that improve product and supply chain efficiency and align with company goals Collaborate with cross functional teams to streamline workflow process Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Product Development, Textiles or related field 2-3 years of experience in Trim Development and Sourcing Knowledge of patch and logo sourcing, techniques & development follow Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to drive calendar dates and deliverables Excellent communication, interpersonal, verbal, and organization skills Experience in communication with vendors, mills and off shore offices Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
