Oversee the fit, quality and construction of product from initial design tech pack pass-off through production Create development tech packs with technical sketches, garment specs and construction Comments on yarn/ tension/ stitch, etc. Lead all fit Model booking, fast-paced fittings and issue comments meeting specific account needs Evaluate garments each round of fitting against previously made comments, check measurements, trims, colors, materials and construction Sample tracking, fit T & A and uploading tech packs into our product management system Daily communication w/ factories & vendors to handle all technical related production work flow and emails. Responsible for creating and/or updating tech packs as needed for both development and production Must be very knowledgeable in garment construction (sewing/patternmaking) Measure all garments (at various stages of development and/or production as required Proficiency in Excel & Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop required Must have outstanding organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail Must have a strong work ethic, dedicated to producing quality work Should be focused and able to work independently while also maintaining deadlines & coordinating w/ team Must be able to problem solve and find causes of/ solutions to fit and construction issues with follow through until fixed Knowledge of cut & sew knits preferred (including garment dye and/or treatments) Monitors calendar to ensure completion of line Responsible to stay on the planning calendar for the hand off all technical Information to the production team Owns the communication of the details of these handoffs to the Production team Candidates must be accurate, detail-oriented, have excellent follow-up capabilities, and able to prioritize and handle several projects simultaneously. 3-5 years industry experience preferred (salary DOE) Benefits
