The Associate Technical Designer is responsible for developing the technical components for all product categories from sketch handoff, fit approval to final pre-production approval, and development of tech packs. This position works in close collaboration with the production and development team. Duties and responsibilities: Develop complete Tech Packs with detailed specifications, fabrications, and technical drawings from Designer’s initial sketch, paper pattern or garment Handles development lifecycle from sketch; tech pack creation, fit approvals from proto to final pp size set approval for multiple product lines Work in conjunction with designer to creates sketches and specs for Tech Packs, including front and back sketch, construction details, illustrations, materials, trims and hardware.
