Then you’ll have success on our Product Development & Design team who owns the design and development of all Target-owned brands, from apparel to home goods, and essentials, beauty and pets. Here, you’ll partner with our research, design, quality, and compliance teams to understand guest needs, performance requirements, manufacturing capabilities, testing protocols and develop products that meet them. Along with continuous improvement on existing products you will develop new product concepts alongside the product development team by researching unmet needs and identifying white space opportunities.
