Associate Store Merchandising

Summary Support daily merchandise operations including processing, placement, maintenance and fulfillment on the selling floor. Execute merchandising standards, assist with inventory and order completion, and contribute to store initiatives under supervisor guidance. Perform physical tasks such as lifting, ladder use and driving company vehicle when required. Responsibilities • Process inbound merchandise and prepare items for the sales floor • Place and present merchandise according to visual standards • Participate in floor recovery and supply replenishment during peak periods • Locate merchandise to fulfill customer orders placed in store • Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs promptly • Use technology such as RF guns, PCs and mobile devices to complete tasks • Assist with ad hoc store initiatives as assigned by management
