Your role will include coaching and motivating employees to achieve sales objectives and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Essential Job Functions: • Coach team members on the 4 Step Selling Techniques • Aspire to achieve personal sales goals while maintaining top performance levels • Meet company KPI goals and expectations • Implement and follow loss prevention procedures to minimize shrink • Maintain a clean and organized store environment • Adhere to the Company Dress Code Policy • Delegate daily operational tasks effectively • Assist with training, recruiting, and staffing initiatives • Enforce compliance with all company policies and procedures • Ensure a safe and clean work environment • Uphold visual merchandising standards set by the company • Handle deposits and secure store keys • Safeguard all company assets • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
