Act as the primary leader on duty in the absence of the Store Manager, overseeing all staff and operational workflows.Drive store performance by analyzing key metrics and managing controllable costs like payroll and supplies.Recruit, interview, and onboard new talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability.Supervise the "treasure hunt" experience by ensuring the sales floor is recovered, sized, and organized according to brand standards.Direct the rapid processing of new freight from the stockroom to the floor to keep inventory fresh and exciting.Maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone by facilitating safety meetings and following emergency protocols.Manage loss prevention initiatives to protect company assets through high visibility and associate training.Ensure the facility meets high standards of cleanliness, coordinating both associate tasks and third-party maintenance.Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, ensuring every shopper feels valued and respected.
