Qualifications:
At least two years of leadership experience in a retail management role (Assistant Manager or Store Manager level).Proven ability to inspire and supervise a diverse workforce while maintaining high morale.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.Competence in basic retail mathematics and the ability to interpret store performance reports.Effective communication skills and fluency in English.Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.Physical capability to remain on your feet for the duration of a shift and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.Benefits:

Oversee daily store operations and assume full leadership of the location in the absence of the Store Manager.Drive profitability by managing controllable expenses, specifically focusing on payroll hours and labor efficiency.Facilitate the recruitment, onboarding, and training of non-exempt associates to build a high-performing team.Ensure the "treasure hunt" experience by managing urgent merchandise processing from the stockroom to the sales floor.Maintain a safe shopping and working environment by leading safety meetings and enforcing emergency protocols.Champion loss prevention initiatives to reduce shrinkage and protect company assets and confidential data.Uphold the Ross brand through meticulous store standards, including recovery, sizing, and markdown execution.Deliver exceptional customer service by coaching associates to provide friendly and efficient assistance at all touchpoints.Administer administrative tasks such as payroll edits, scheduling compliance, and performance reporting.
