Description: As an Associate Store Director, you will act as a vital leader within our fast-paced environment, driving operational excellence and mentoring a diverse team of associates. Qualifications: • At least two years of leadership experience in a retail management role (Assistant Manager or Store Manager level). Responsibilities: • Oversee daily store operations and assume full leadership of the location in the absence of the Store Manager. • Facilitate the recruitment, onboarding, and training of non-exempt associates to build a high-performing team.
