Associate Store Director

The Associate Store Director is a key member of the leadership team, overseeing operations and managing all departments as assigned by the Store Manager. The role requires a strong understanding of company policies regarding customers, associates, and merchandise. In the absence of the Store Manager, the Associate Store Director is responsible for leading all store operations to ensure our standards and best practices are consistently upheld. Responsibilities: • Responsible for overseeing all areas assigned by the Store Manager and ensuring adherence to company policies for customers, associates, and merchandising. • Oversee the scheduling and completion of all associate cleaning tasks throughout the store, including restrooms.
