Smartsheet work + System responsibilities Ensure all T&A calendars are pulling into Smartsheet vendor folders Publish weekly WIP reports Maintain Smartsheet product development logs for both CKUM and CKUW pipeline in partnership with cross-functional team Facilitate weekly PD team meetings Track cost updates and versions in tracking tool for report out Facilitate tech pack update requests from vendors with any changes for proof of concept Review/Ensure tech pack accuracy for initial hand off to obtain concepts Allocate Vendors in PLM during tech pack pass off Ensure XPC accuracy of costing and duty rates Individual must be highly adaptable. A textile/PD or manufacturing-related background is preferred. Top-notch follow up skills are essential.
