ASSOCIATE SOURCING MANAGER, Kids

As an Associate Sourcing Manager of Kids you would be responsible for coordinating the product management of programs including time and action calendars, cost and cost negotiations, and vendor communication. Determine vendor and mill allocation strategy with your leader Negotiate and analyze costing based on corporate cost direction Serve as the main interface between the supply chain and Merchants / Planners and Design Assist with assessment and analyzing vendor capacities along with projections and secure allocation strategies with leader Identify product development needs and request fabric qualities Prepare and send accurate and complete product specifications to vendors Track and approve all pre-production samples while meeting production deadlines Maintain all product packaging and labeling in PLM system Essential Skills Bachelor degree and prior experience in product development and technical design. Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in similar role including product manager or sourcing. Strong negotiating skills required.
