Associate Production & Product Development Manager, Fashion Apparel

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Associate Production & Product Development Manager to support the end-to-end development and production process for our main apparel line. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of apparel construction, product development workflows, sourcing, and production management, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Maintain organized production and development tracking systems Help uphold garment construction, fit, and quality standards across the main line Assist in troubleshooting fit, construction, sourcing, or production challenges Support process improvements and operational organization across development and production functions 3–6+ years of experience in apparel product development, production, or sourcing Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, fabrics, trims, and apparel manufacturing processes Experience managing development calendars and production timelines Excellent organizational and project management skills Strong communication and vendor management abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, ERP/PLM systems, and production tracking tools Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000/yr Health benefits (if applicable) PTO and paid holidays Opportunity for growth within a fast-growing company
