Associate Product Developer - Swim

Responsibilities: Assist in managing development of all product associated with the brand Effectively communicate and collaborate with all cross functional teams throughout the development process and into production. Ensuring that quality is maintained as well as deadlines are met in a timely fashion. Create and maintain sample and development WIP charts. Manage development fit priority with technical team to keep to deadlines Assist in creating and negotiation of the brand T&A calendar with factories and cross functional partners. Qualifications of Product Development Associate: Effective verbal and written communication Detail oriented, organized and punctual Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment Ability to adapt to changing tasks Able to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment Positive and open approach to work and challenges Working knowledge of retail costing and negotiations Adobe Illustrator knowledge a plus Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook Minimum 3 years of industry experience Experience related to product development required Experience in swimwear a plus Bachelor's degree
