Associate Planner - HYBRID

The Associate Planner is highly motivated, proactive and thrives on a fast-paced environment. Core Responsibilities Wholesale Planning Execute weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting and performance analysis for key wholesale accounts and overall wholesale business. Partner with Sales team in prepping for market through additional ad hoc reporting. Key item Basics & Replenishment- assist with managing inventory levels and buying into in-stock key item basics and replenishment items for total company. Ability to identify and escalate risks/opportunities and bring new ideas to the table Serves as a guide to associate development, provides training and growth opportunities Researching the global market and leveraging that information to present opportunities for growth Clearly presenting selling and inventory analysis and performance-to-plan results and strategies to senior leadership, providing insight on selling analysis, customer insights, and trend ideas Skills + Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business or another quantitative field preferred 3-5 years in a wholesale, retail, or merchandise planning role Strong analytical skills Expert Excel skills Ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment
