ASSOCIATE PLANNER

The Associate Planner/Assistant Planning Manager will partner with the Planning Manager in development and execution of strategy and planning to deliver financial goals that support overall category initiatives. Reports to Planning Manager. Building and maintaining program/classification and/or brand financial plans Building and maintaining vendor financial plans Managing in season inventory and receipt flow Partnering with Planning Manager and Merchants on strategy and sales targets (both pre season and in season) Working with Planning Manager on updating forecasts in season Meeting with vendors to ensure financial targets are achieved Hind-sighting business performance KPIs Sales Margin Turn Financial Acumen Critical Thinking Problem Solver Prioritization Kohl's is an equal Opportunity Employer and an organization that values and encourages diversity among our applicants.
