ASSOCIATE PLANNER

The Associate Planner will assist in all planning responsibilities for multiple retail product categories and work in partnership with the Buying, Ecom, and Store Teams. They will be responsible for all location analysis, allocations, and product movement in stores to maximize profitability. Utilize all available data to identify product opportunities by location. Demand Planning for Key and Core programs ( Ladder plans) Build strategic financial plans by location to deliver Sales, Margin, and Turnover Review selling reports, as well as weekly inventory reports identifying opportunities. Excel, Planning systems, and analytically sound Strong written and verbal communication skills High aptitude for system learning Bilingual - Spanish a plus Ability to travel to retail stores 15% Ability to train and develop Assistant Planners MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Please indicate if a degree is required) Bachelor’s degree 1-2 years experience in a similar capacity Strong Excel and Retail Math knowledge
