Pro-actively manage the Corporate and product calendar - hitting key milestone meeting deliverables and deadlines Manage FlexPLM inputs, product hang/fold codes, & packaging - ensuring data input in accurate & up to date Partner with manager and cross functional teams to develop brand strategies to fit the needs of all channels (stores, eCommerce, wholesale, & international) Partner with Carters design, technical design, art & PDC teams to balance make & value across the assortment Own sample management, closet organization, and presentation set up Communicate product changes and updates to cross functional teams
