Run existing sales reports on a weekly basis and distribute to team Build ad hoc sales analysis that will help the team understand quarterly trends Use reports to analyze business trends/identify future opportunities and share findings with the team on a weekly basis Support team in preparation for executive monthly business review Create decks and boards to be used by  Coach both internally and at Wholesale market Communicate all post presentation assortment updates and ensure systems are updated accordingly Own buying process in collaboration with Ready to Wear Production team Organization and Team Create individual development plan consistent with team goals. BA or BS degree with 2-3 years prior experience in merchandising or buying required Ready to Wear or Apparel retail sales experience a plus Strong understanding of merchandising product development lifecycle and cross-functional business partners operations Experience with Merchandising or Buying Luxury Goods/Accessories a plus Strong analytical skills and comprehensive understanding of "retail math" Proficient and quick on excel and general computer knowledge Excellent product sensibility and conceptual ability Our Competencies for All Employees
