Design Your Future at PVHAssociate Merchandiser, Calvin Klein Non-ApparelPOSITION SUMMARY:The Associate Merchandiser is responsible for supporting and assisting in the creation, implementation and execution of global seasonal product strategies that meet the financial goals of the division. They will assist in the alignment of the product line plan vision and the global line planning process in order to achieve or exceed annual financial goals. They must ensure that the line plan addresses a global brand vision while at the same time meets local needs.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:Supports the establishment of the product vision and global merchandising line plan for product for global marketsPartners with regional merchandisers in the development of global line plansCoordinate with key stakeholders; influences and drives to consensus all short and long range merchandising strategies and objectives for the Non-Apparel categoriesMaintain and track changes to merchandise assortments; ensuring up-to-date data accuracy and communicate changes to all cross-functional team members (design, PD, costing, channels).Comprehensive knowledge and adherence to product category, calendar milestones, line development and statusCoordinates with Regional Merchandising, Design, and Supply teams to meet costing/IMU targetsCollaborates on KPI results and seasonal projections and booking recaps.Coordinates w/sourcing, major milestones deliverables necessary to manage all expectsIdentify growth opportunities and protect needs of business for product category.Analysis and knowledge of global business performance; partnering with regional teams to understand needs of regional businesses.Knowledge of competition and trends, identifying new opportunities appropriate for brand.Works on presentation boardsAssists in preparation for key milestones deliverables__________________________________________________________QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Experience: 2-4 years of Merchandising and/or Product Management experienceEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising or related field  Skills:                   Ability to recognize opportunities and can assist with influencing decision makers to move to execution Strong product sense with prior experience in driving product assortments and coordinating with design to conceive product concepts that drive business Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skillsStrong analytical and retail math skillsVery proficient at Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel v-lookups, pivot tables; PPT)PVH Corp. or its subsidiary ("PVH") is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
