The Merchandise Associate will play a critical supporting role in the detailed management of the product lifecycle process, in tracking and organizing samples, in creating and tracking purchase orders, in preparing weekly sales reports, in preparation of seasonal market appointments and in supporting the daily functions of the team. Help develop seasonal line plans that contribute to the overall business. Establish wholesale and retail pricing structure that meets revenue and profitability targets. Research relevant competitors for the division; maintain awareness of trends and competition. Ensure that key milestones are achieved, and products meet the needs of customer base from strategy to launch.
