ASSOCIATE MANAGER MARKETING LOYALTY

Job Summary: The Associate Marketing Manager, PLCC and Loyalty will be responsible for the strategic direction, execution, maintenance, and management of the My Place Rewards Credit Card and Loyalty programs for all the brands. This position will partner with the bank to create and execute the strategic vision of the PLCC program with the objective of driving sales through membership, overall customer engagement, and cross-channel activity. This position will also work closely with our Loyalty Platform provider Brierley on execution of marketing programs and system enhancements. Responsibilities: Key Accountabilities: Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field 3+ years of experience in marketing Experience in loyalty or credit marketing a plus Experience in direct marketing and/or consumer retail industry a plus Experience in project management a plus Skills and Behaviors: Proficient in Microsoft Excel Analytical skills Excellent team building and collaboration skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be comfortable working with individuals from all areas of the company Ability to work effectively and network across all areas and levels of the company to achieve goals Ability to multi-task, management multiple projects, and work independently Attention to detail
