ASSOCIATE MANAGER, INVENTORY REPLENISHMENT

Execute vendor selection, approval, set up and onboarding process for replenishment Drive partnerships with the Sourcing and Cross functional teams to execute the replenishment strategies Lead analytics and visual presentation to  conduct ROI analysis to determine replenishment model Drive Service Level Agreements for all replenishment programs Support on initial cut request needs, updated projections, weekly sales reporting and reforecasting to vendor Analyzes sales and inventory trends across all private label categories, utilizing inventory management systems, analysis tools, and related reporting Drive the appropriate action steps necessary to address inventory concerns, and are responsible for the post-resolution follow-up with all affected business partners. Lead the development of inventory best practices, preferred tolerances, flow strategies, assortment eligibility, etc. Manager the vendor metrics and scorecard Primary liaison for all replenishment related issues with internal and external teams Collaborate and Influence key partners: Analysts/Associate Managers/Managers/Sr.
