Associate Manager, Industry and Production Partnerships

Custom Collaborative Custom Collaborative (CC) is a NYC-based non-profit social enterprise that trains, mentors, and advocates for and with no/low- income and immigrant women to build the skills necessary to achieve economic success in the sustainable fashion industry and broader society. Associate Manager/ Manager: Industry and Production Partnerships will be responsible for fostering and accelerating the presence of CC in the fashion industry. This role will focus on growing brands’ awareness of Custom Collaborative and its capabilities, and partnering with cross-functional teams (head of industry partnerships, executive director, training manager, entrepreneurship coach, FTWP, graduates of our training institute, a.k.a “ makers “ and program director ) to deliver meaningful partnerships in the form of brand collaborations, apprenticeship, internship and production opportunities in the fashion industry. Experience working in a high-performance, collaborative organization. Please note that during the COVID-19 pandemic, Custom Collaborative staff are working mainly remotely, with the expectation that we will transition to a hybrid (i.e., remote and office work) when conditions permit in 2022.
