The Associate manager, Ops will have hands on, daily responsibility for scheduling creative meetings, own and manage SVP’s schedule, and function as a liaison to the calendar team. Responsibilities: Key Accountabilities: Assist SVP and Director, Creative Operations in creation of the weekly design and creative teams schedules, as well as scheduling for seasonal meetings and creative presentations, including coordination with facilities and IT for room set up. Partner with Calendar Team to maintain continuity in the master multi brand calendar, to ensure process and clarity around all Design & Creative Services deliverables, and the co-dependencies therein. Manage and maintain ordering and organizing all design supplies, grids, racks, pins hangers, bins, art supplies, photo studio needs etc., making sure all Epson Printers are running and kept in supply, ordering of mannequins or specialty supplies, and coordinating offsite storage. Manage coordination of seating and equipment set up for all new hires, temporary help, including seasonal freelancers and sewers as needed.
