The Associate Manager is responsible for assisting with the daily operation of the Lilly Pulitzer retail store. This includes sales, client experience, scheduling, and safeguarding the assets of the store. Client Experience and Store Culture • Understand the overall concept of Lilly Pulitzer, including the lifestyle, the client, the merchandise, and the heritage.
