BUSINESS IMPACT STATEMENT This position is responsible for reviewing simple HR related business processes and activities and builds functional requirements. This position will recommend, implement, integrate and manage changes, as well as communicate the changes to relevant stakeholders to promote optimum efficiency through the use of HR systems. Develops HR system changes documented in the functional and technical specifications for assigned work Develops acceptance test requirements for assigned work Develops documentation required for newly developed functions in accordance with standard best practices Performs necessary follow up with partners to ensure new or modified system functionality is documented accurately and requirements have been met Participates with Project teams in post-project reviews to ensure the process is improved for the next project May audit project deliverables to ensure quality outcomes and adherence to quality assurance best practices May participate in process improvement initiatives 1 year of experience in related field Bachelor’s Degree Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business or related field Retail Experience
