ASSOCIATE, GRAPHIC DESIGN

Specific Responsibilities We are looking for a Junior Designer with strong design and production skills to join our team. You’ll be responsible for producing marketing assets including emails, banners, retail signage, decals and additional store assets, and social posts for a high-end apparel company. The right candidate will have strong Adobe Creative Suite skills and enjoy making compelling digital and print designs and be eager to learn new skills and contribute ideas/collaborate with our small but mighty team. Responsibility: Support Art Director with all digital, print and creative needs Knowledge of typography, layout, print, digital based content, and digital user experience Assist with creation of email assets for email marketing and layout for content for Instagram and Facebook channels Familiarity with digital banner creation and homepage layouts and overall UX experience Pitch creative campaign ideas and walkthrough creatives for approval with management Liaison with third-party coder for email creation in Listrak Skills and Requirements Requirement: Layout and typographic skills designing print media (i.e., signage, window decals, magazine advertisements, invitations), as well as digital media (i.e., emails and social media posts, digital advertising) Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) Familiarity with Shopify, Shogun, Sketch, Invision, Keynote/Powerpoint a plus Very strong organizational skills; ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Energetic, innovative thinker able to communicate ideas clearly Ability to listen to and incorporate feedback Attention to detail 2+ years of experience Personal Attributes Maintains a professional attitude in a fast-paced work environment Ability to work calmly and quickly under pressure and roll with the punches when business needs change Be an ambitious, enthusiastic and collaborative team player (while being a self-starter) Interest in fashion a + Knowledge of graphic novels, comics and cinema for upcoming collaborations a plus.
