The Associate Graphic Designer, Social Media will support ideation, development and execution of social media content. This position will collaborate with peers and leadership in creative and copy to align social media stories with seasonal campaign concepts, and with marketing partners to align to editorial calendar and business objectives. Collaborate with partners in Creative, Copy and Marketing to create compelling social media concepts that promote creative, marketing and channel objectives. Provide meaningful, clear direction and feedback to direct reports and support staff to achieve creative & marketing objectives. Must have financial acumen and ability to create and maintain a budget with frequent changes Demonstrated leadership skills Ability to positively influence and work effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization Must be a high level strategic thinker
