ASSOCIATE FOOTWEAR DESIGNER - Roxy - HYBRID

The Reward As the Associate Footwear Designer you will partner with the Footwear Product Management and Development team to elevate the ROXY brand in the market. To be successful in this role you will have: 2 - 4 years’ design experience in the junior footwear market or equivalent combination of education and experience Advanced level of proficiency in Adobe Suite and business communication software (Microsoft Word and PowerPoint). Proven success in initial design and prototype evaluation to create/maintain shapes and proportions that are in alignment with brand DNA and design language Basic knowledge of textiles and trims, and their application and/or limitations with various footwear constructions A passion for the Roxy brand with the ability to analyze online, in-store, and forecasting research to create trend right product for the ROXY customer Experience in PLM systems a plus!
