We are looking for a highly creative, technically skilled Associate Fashion Designer with a strong background in men's streetwear, graphic design, and AI-powered design tools.

This is a hands-on creative position for someone who understands both fashion and graphics and knows how to leverage artificial intelligence to accelerate concept development, improve design workflows, and create compelling, production-ready products.

AI design experience is a requirement, not just a preferred skill.

What You'll Do

Men's Streetwear Design & Development

Work directly with the VP of Design and design team to develop innovative men's streetwear collections.
Design and develop denim, graphic tees, hoodies, tracksets, outerwear, woven pants, and other streetwear categories.
Research emerging trends, silhouettes, washes, fabrics, graphics, trims, and construction details.
Translate fashion inspiration and creative direction into original, commercially relevant designs.
Create detailed technical sketches, CADs, colorways, and production-ready tech packs.
Work with domestic and overseas factories to ensure designs are accurately developed from concept through sampling.
Participate in fittings, sample reviews, and design revisions.

AI-Powered Creative Design

Integrate AI tools into daily fashion and graphic design workflows to improve creative development, speed, and efficiency.
Use platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and AI image-generation or fashion-specific design tools for research, ideation, concept development, and design refinement.
Generate and refine AI-assisted apparel concepts, garment mockups, silhouettes, colorways, graphics, and design presentations.
Transform AI-generated concepts into accurate, editable fashion CADs, artwork, and factory-ready technical specifications.
Use AI to support trend analysis, competitive research, collection planning, graphic exploration, and creative problem-solving.
Continuously explore emerging AI tools and identify opportunities to improve the design team's workflow.
Apply strong design judgment to ensure AI-generated work is original, on-brand, technically feasible, and commercially relevant.

Graphic Design & Artwork

Create original streetwear graphics for T-shirts, hoodies, denim, outerwear, and other apparel categories.
Develop typography, logo treatments, placement graphics, prints, and other creative artwork.
Produce high-quality graphic concepts using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and AI-assisted creative tools.
Prepare production-ready artwork, including separations, placement specifications, and print details as needed.
Modify existing artwork through recoloring, resizing, layout adjustments, and design enhancements.
Understand screen printing, heat transfers, embroidery, appliqués, and other apparel graphic techniques.

Technical Design & Team Collaboration

Create comprehensive tech packs with measurements, construction details, fabric information, trims, colorways, artwork placements, and production specifications.
Collaborate with technical designers, graphic designers, buyers, and sourcing teams.
Communicate clearly with domestic and overseas vendors regarding samples, revisions, and production requirements.
Prepare line sheets, collection presentations, design boards, and other creative materials.
Assist with maintaining organized digital design files and archives.
Support additional apparel categories when needed.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of professional fashion or apparel design experience, preferably in men's streetwear.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using generative AI tools in professional creative, fashion, or graphic design workflows.
Demonstrated working knowledge of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or comparable AI platforms, along with relevant AI visual design tools.
Strong understanding of men's streetwear, contemporary urban fashion, current silhouettes, graphic trends, and apparel construction.
Proven ability to create both apparel designs and original graphics.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Strong experience developing complete, factory-ready tech packs and technical CAD sketches.
Understanding of garment construction, fabrics, washes, trims, graphics, and production techniques.
Experience working with overseas factories and managing sample development.
Ability to transform creative concepts into commercially viable, manufacturable garments.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, hands-on environment.
Ability to take creative direction while independently developing and executing design concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with fashion-focused AI platforms and image-generation tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or comparable platforms.
Experience using AI to develop realistic garment mockups, fabric treatments, graphic variations, and collection concepts.
Experience with denim design, washes, embellishments, rhinestones, embroidery, and garment treatments.
Familiarity with men's streetwear brands, emerging trends, and competitive product research.
Experience improving or automating creative design workflows using AI.

Portfolio Required

Applications without a relevant design portfolio will not be considered.

Your portfolio should demonstrate:

Men's Streetwear Design: Original apparel concepts, technical CADs, completed garments, or production collections.
Graphic Design: Original graphics, typography, artwork, or apparel print designs.
AI-Assisted Design: Examples showing how you have used AI tools within your creative process, ideally including concept development and the final edited or production-ready result.
Technical Execution: Examples of tech packs, garment specifications, or factory-ready design files.
