Full Job Description Key Responsibilities Collaborate with design, merchandising, and production teams to develop seasonal collections from concept to final production Create original design concepts, sketches, technical drawings, and CADs using Adobe Creative Suite Assist with sample development, fittings, and revisions to ensure accurate construction, fit, and quality Build and coordinate color stories, fabric selections, and trims based on seasonal direction and market trends Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Conduct research on fashion trends, consumer preferences, and competitive markets to inform design direction Ensure all designs align with brand aesthetics and current trend-driven styles Communicate design ideas clearly and follow direction from senior designers and management Requirements Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
