Associate Fashion Designer

Responsibilities: • Trend Forecast & Research: Monitor trends and apply them in a way that is in line with the brand identity. Translate insights into market-ready designs that resonate with the brand’s e-commerce audience. • Product Development & Execution: Assist with the coordination of design development including digital/hand sketches, technical flat sketches, color/print illustrations and tech pack development from initial concept to finished product. • Communication & Collaboration: Work closely with vendors/suppliers, factories, and internal teams to ensure the quality of each design. • Occasionally Manage Garment Technical Requirements: Oversee all technical aspects of garment development, including specifications, pattern making, and construction details, ensuring precision and quality at every stage of the process.
