Participate and attend fit sessions and record notes for the TD leadership • Prepare samples before sample review/fitting • Assist in analyzing garment construction, workmanship, pre-bulk, and bulk fabric approvals, trim submits • File and organize seasonal fabrics and trims • Measure samples, compare construction, and overall execution vs. tech pack requirement • Record detailed comments in PLM approval • Adhere to the seasonal time and action calendars • Daily communication and interaction with internal and external partners • Assist with sample closet clean out which occurs after each season Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in fashion design or closely related program • Minimum Experience: 2 – 3 years of industry experience, background in dresses is preferred but not required • Strong Skillset in Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator & PLM • Basic understanding of fabrics and construction • Highly creative with a strong attention to detail • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
