This role uses customer feedback, business strategy, data/analytics, user experience and technology to create seamless customer experiences. Responsibilities Understand how our customers use Digital and how changes to channel experiences can have positive or negative impacts on customer buying behavior Analyze customer needs, competitive offerings and provide direction on best practices and emerging trends in relation to e-commerce capabilities Understand the “why” behind each feature and work with the Product Manager to understand the roadmap and supporting KPIs Coordinate with Digital Product Manager to ensure digital channel enhancements are implemented per user stories Manage weekly portfolio status communication Within an assigned product portfolio, assist the Product Manager with the business cases for Digital initiatives and help drive for approval with financial leadership and other technical and non-technical stakeholders Participates in Agile Ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team demos and retrospectives) Partner with product manager, consumer insight teams and business sponsors to define, measure and report on business results Assist with and manage the product backlog Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent related work experience Excellent decision making and communication (both verbal and written) skills Can interact well with leaders and associates across the enterprise History of effective execution as an analyst, project manager, product manager, product marketer, account manager or consultant Strong organizational and planning skills, ability to prioritize effectively, manage time well and balance short- and long-term goals and objectives Strong E-Commerce / Multi Channel Experience or Digital Marketing Knowledge Experience in strategic planning, risk management or change management Strong understanding of technology Certification in product management or equivalent Multiple years of Corporate Retail Experience Strong strategic and critical thinking skills Must be an expert problem solver committed to driving results and multiple concurrent projects to success Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
