## Job description \- Writes user stories and acceptance criteria, and accepts/rejects stories upon their completion in each sprint \- Advocates for superior customer experience while managing functional scope and deadlines for product backlog items \- Manages the sprint backlog and informs the team of business imperatives through backlog grooming sessions \- Responsible for daily management of backlog and balance between operational debt and new product functionality \- Defines goals for the team at the beginning of each sprint \- Provides demo at end of a sprint to business and technical stakeholders \- Collaborates with product managers on product roadmap deliverables including user personas, user journeys maps, and prioritized backlogs \- Supports go-to-market planning and engagement to gain successful product adoption including "Train the Trainer" sessions and documents \- Manages daily triage processes for any operational tickets that are filtered into the team and works with the product manager to make tradeoff decisions ## Profile In addition to a comprehensive traditional benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc.) we proudly offer a slate of more nontraditional perks - opportunities like on/offsite seminars, customized team building sessions, tuition reimbursement, and various mentorship programs - that encourage our associates to grow personally as they develop professionally.
