ASSOCIATE DIGITAL ANALYTICS AND OPTIMIZATION ANALYST

Responsible for assisting in measuring and reporting of key performance metrics on all digital properties, and for providing relevant and timely customer experience and purchase behavior analysis and recommendations. Provide relevant and timely data driven insights on customer experience and purchase behavior Analyze customer interactions with kohls.com across all digital properties utilizing data collected by Adobe Analytics and other reporting tools Guide business stakeholders in identification of key performance indicators  and development of data reporting to answer unique questions as they arise Support ad hoc request for site performance and customer engagement data for the Kohl’s enterprise Generate daily, weekly and event summary reporting and performance insights for key e-commerce strategies, events and timeframes Support creation of dashboards of KPIs and other metrics to monitor results across all levels of the website Monitor and report on industry best practices, adapting key learning to internal analytics Support other Kohl’s team members to gather qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources to drive and develop solutions Present analysis, insights and recommendation to executives and other business stakeholders Provide web analytics training and support for the Kohl’s enterprise Support ongoing web analytics associate training and development Bachelor’s degree in mathematics or statistics, marketing, retail merchandising, economics or finance Strong analytical mindset and comfort with basic analytics principles Strong problem solving skills and comfort with ambiguity Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask, work under firm deadlines within a rapidly changing environment Intermediate knowledge of Excel Desire to learn and dig deeper Basic knowledge of Tableau or other Business Intelligence visualization tools Retail Experience Knowledge of Adobe Analytics or other digital analytics platform Tableau and MicroStrategies experience Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, SQL or other database query/programing languages Familiarity with digital marketing and merchandising
