Responsible for the design of a category - creates an assortment that is relevant to brand position and target customer. Product Design support Designs, owns, builds, creates and updates tech packs, trim sheets and design packages; accurately enters information into PLM. Reviews with Designer/Sr Designer Presents their designs in working sessions; influences cross-functional partners on product direction Compiles and edits market and trend research to drive product direction; reviews with Designer/Sr Designer Completes pre-packages as a part of the research and development process for their area of ownership Shop and purchase samples for category ownership Required Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator and CAD Preferred Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field 3-6 years minimum previous sweaters design Experience managing vendors and curating assortments Domestic Travel Ability to partner cross functionally High attention to detail Strong sketching abilities Sweaters technical knowledge & design experience Strong communication and presentation skills Elevated taste level We're committed to creating a culture where everyone belongs; where diversity and inclusion drive innovation and business results while enabling associates and customers to be their authentic selves every single day.
