Associate Designer, Fashion- Women's Fashion (Cut & Sew Knits)

As a part of the Product Design team that is at the forefront of retail, you will be responsible for building best-in-class experiences that drive continuous improvement and innovation on the world’s largest company. What you'll do: Help design and develop seasonal collections for Women’s Private OPP Brands from concept to final product.Research fashion trends and market inspiration to create mood boards and design concepts.Assist with Miro Boards, Raspberry AI, sketches, fabric selection, sample prep, and fittings to bring new ideas to life.Work with our cross functional team members : design, merchandising, product development, technical design, and quality assurance teams to ensure products align with brand vision and customer needs.Support presentations, line reviews, and key milestone meetings.Keep design files, samples, and development documents organized throughout the process.Communicate daily with our supplier / vendor partners to ensure alignment throughout the seasonal development process.
