Associate Designer – Dresses

The Associate Designer supports the creative development of the dress collection by assisting in concept creation, design execution, research, and product development. As part of a small, highly collaborative team, this role plays a key part in bringing the brand vision to life through sketching, fabric exploration, CAD development, and collection support. This is a newly created position designed to expand the creative capacity of the dress design team. • Collaborate with Fabric, Merchandising, Product Development, and Technical Design throughout the seasonal workflow. • Assist in preparing materials for internal milestone meetings (line reviews, concept presentations, fittings, etc.).
