The Company also owns Skip Hop, a global lifestyle brand for families with young children. - Assemble creative and /or trend boards for internal presentations - Partner with Product Development team and Licensees to source, develop and approve, fabric and trim - Understand business strategies, and ensure line plan and cost requirements are met - Responsible for communicating design intent to Licensees and merchant partners - Present new ideas for growth within key categories - Collaborate with CAD team in developing print and pattern - Communicate effectively with Licensee vendors to execute design that meets retail and wholesale needs 40% Product line Development - Sketch technical drawings in illustrator, communicate design intent, and update design cards or in systems - Fill silhouettes with prints/art in Illustrator working line sheet, update print-outs accordingly for presentation meetings - Independently design at least two to three programs with Supervisors approval - Build and maintain line sheets in Illustrator for presentation and buying needs.
