The Company enhances its roster of brands by licensing trademarks from third parties, including: Nike® and Jag® for swimwear, and Callaway®, PGA TOUR®, and Jack Nicklaus® for golf apparel. The Associate Designer is responsible for the execution of the entire design process and administration of product lines. Actively participate in the conceptual development of product lines (i.e., sells ideas/concepts and convinces others to adopt a course of action) and present concepts and collections in internal meetings. Partners with the design director and VP of Design in creating brand identity with a creative and current design approach. Works with the design director to create a clear direction for the fabric and print development team.
