Maintain seasonal deadlines in accordance with development calendar Review samples throughout the development and production process Support with Market week showroom set up Flexibility in job responsibilities as business needs grow and change Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Design, Product Development or related field 3+ years of related experience Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, Desl or similar product management system Ability to create flat sketches and recolor solids, prints and patterns Knowledge of fabrics, specs, technical sketching and garment construction Knowledge of the wash/dye process, embellishments and different fabrics Color sensibility with the ability to make color approvals, experience approving print and pattern for color and layout Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to articulate a point of view Self-motivated with a strong ability to self-manage and define priorities of the department/business Highly organized with ability to manage multiple categories Ability to work in a professional, fast paced environment where priorities can shift daily Strong attention to detail Sense of urgency and timely follow up Travel may be required, based on business needs. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor as the company retains the right to change duties to this position.
