ASSOCIATE DESIGNER

Who we are Lovestitch is a versatile women’s clothing brand based in Downtown Los Angeles. We are known for our flattering cuts, effortlessly chic designs, and modern bohemian style Design/Develop new product based on categories Sketch and design new key trends while updating and revamping our best-selling styles. Understand and research competitor branding, target customers, and company identity. Have a strong sense of design, trends, and an understanding of the product development process. Responsibilities Work in partnership with our Design/Product Development (PD) team to update and organize technical packets & design libraries Coordinate sample requests to organize apparel catalogue information Document product photos and create technical design CADs as needed Support Design Team through technical design development and set-ups Assist with product library Provide further support to Design, Product Development, and Supply Chain teams as needed Qualifications* The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of design experience within the design industry; prior internship experience in design, technical design, or product development is a plus The ideal candidate will have a degree in apparel design or product development, with a technical design background or similar education Understanding of and experience with Creative Suite: Adobe Illustrator Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an elevated level of quality, accuracy, and positive demeanor Exceptional follow-up skills Portfolio/ portfolio link with resume is welcomed Benefits: Flexible schedule Helath insurance coverage
