ASSOCIATE CRM MANAGER

We sell our collections direct to consumers through more than 4,000 Skechers stores around the globe and Skechers e-commerce sites, as well as through a network of third-party partners. Skechers is growing the Digital Group and is looking to hire a new Associate CRM Manager who will help oversee the day-to-day execution of lifecycle campaigns across our DTC marketing channels to improve customer acquisition, drive loyalty, and increase lifetime value. Segment audiences based on relevant factors Assist with the creation and analysis of weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports, providing key insights to optimize the performance of future campaigns Become the subject matter expert on our CRM execution and reporting platforms (Salesforce, SFMC, Attentive) Write creative briefs and work with internal creative teams on developing creative assets for our lifecycle emails Creating, executing, and optimizing marketing automation campaigns across customer lifecycles, with a focus on email and mobile marketing Partnering with the product and development teams to implement product enhancements that will improve customer experience across platforms (email, SMS, app) and improve marketing ecosystem Schedule and deploy lifecycle emails and SMS campaigns to segmented lists with necessary suppressions in place Use SFMC content builder and HTML to create emails Help build out customer journeys and automations using Journey Builder and Automation Studio. 3-5 years of relevant work experience in CRM or email marketing A general understanding of automated marketing campaigns Highly computer literate with the ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently Demonstrated ability to complete work independently with careful attention to detail and follow-up; extremely accurate; demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize tasks Strong organizational skills and ability to think critically within a fast-paced environment, while meeting assigned deadlines Excellent communication skills both verbal, written and interpersonal Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus or other ESPs Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS Basic knowledge of mobile app push and SMS best practices While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and talk or hear.
