Associate Creative Director, Fashion at eBay Atlanta, GA

We're in this together, sustaining the future of our customers, our company, and our planet. eBay is seeking an experienced and visionary Associate Creative Director (ACD) to lead creative development of fashion campaigns in the U.S. market. As a key leader within the Brand Creative team, this individual will lead all aspects of the ideation and execution of coordinated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels—bringing the eBay brand to life in compelling, culturally relevant ways, through the lens of fashion. 7+ years of creative experience in advertising, fashion marketing, or digital brand storytelling, with at least 3 years in a leadership or ACD role Shown proficiency in leading culturally resonant work on digital and traditional media platforms Demonstrated experience managing agencies, freelancers, and internal teams across campaign lifecycles Strong understanding of the U.S. fashion market, consumer behavior, and trends—from high fashion to streetwear to circular shopping Experience working across coordinated channels including online video, influencer activations, paid social, CRM, editorial, and in-person events Excellent art direction and copy direction skills; ability to review and elevate both visual and written work Collaborative approach with the ability to influence and align partners from multiple teams Portfolio showcasing outstanding creative leadership in fashion, lifestyle, or adjacent industries Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to shifting business needs Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design, Communications, Advertising, or a related field preferred Please see the Talent Privacy Notice for information regarding how eBay handles your personal data collected when you use the eBay Careers website or apply for a job with eBay.
