Associate Counsel

You're excited about this opportunity because you will… • Review and negotiate commercial contracts for all business functions, including agreements with Stitch Fix’s fashion vendors • Provide legal advice to support Stitch Fix business partners across the company, including our Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Product, Data Science, Client Experience, Information Security and IT teams • Review Stitch Fix creative assets and original fashion designs for intellectual property compliance • Assist in the influencer agreement process to support Stitch Fix’s influencer marketing program and ensure compliance with FTC endorsement guidelines • Contribute to Stitch Fix’s privacy program by negotiating data processing agreements and advising business teams on compliance with data privacy laws and regulations, including consumer data collection and disclosures • Collaborate with the rest of the Stitch Fix in-house legal team, our outside counsel and our internal clients to handle the varied legal questions that arise when you're part of a small in-house legal team helping operate a data-driven, consumer-facing, multi-billion dollar, publicly-listed fashion retailer We’re excited about you because… • You have a J.D. • We are a successful, fast-growing company at the forefront of tech and fashion, redefining retail for the next generation • We are a technologically and data-driven business • We are committed to our clients and connected through our vision of “Transforming the way people find what they love” • We love solving problems, thinking creatively and trying new things • We believe in autonomy & taking initiative • We are challenged, developed and have meaningful impact • We take what we do seriously.
