This is a critical role in supporting new development, packaging development, shopper marketing campaigns, and retailer support promotions. Facilitate the brand P&L through marketing program execution, ROI business analysis, syndicated data assessment, commercialization of new packaging and/or products, and execution of strategic brand plans with all goals for market share/volume growth and revenue. Assist in development of the annual budget planning process including advertising, promotion, social media, retailer specific shopper programs, market research, packaging graphics, etc. Work with Senior Brand Manager in executing new product launches – from consumer insight to co-packer product commercialization and in-market success. Work closely with the Social Media Manager to lead the tracking, measurement, and ROI assessment of digital programs to ensure brand growth objectives.
