Associate Art Director (Fashion)

Client Overview: Our client is a fashion / lifestyle brand based in Connecticut. Role Overview: The ideal candidate combines strong conceptual thinking with polished execution, bringing fresh ideas to life while maintaining a cohesive brand experience. This role is hands-on and collaborative, supporting creative development from initial concept through final production across digital, print, and e-commerce platforms. Associate Art Director Responsibilities: Develop engaging creative assets for multi-channel campaigns spanning social media, email marketing, website content, and digital advertisingCollaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to bring brand concepts and campaign ideas to lifeUphold and refine the visual identity across all customer-facing materials and brand touchpointsUtilize strong composition, typography, color, and visual storytelling skills to create impactful designsDesign and maintain web assets such as landing pages, homepage updates, promotional graphics, and navigation visualsBuild and manage branded content within Shopify, ensuring a seamless and visually consistent online experienceCreate a variety of marketing collateral including catalogs, campaign materials, postcards, presentations, and seasonal lookbooksHandle image retouching, cropping, color adjustments, and formatting for both web and print useParticipate in photoshoot preparation and creative execution to support product launches and marketing initiativesMaintain organized digital file systems and creative libraries across shared platformsAssist with wholesale and sales support materials including line sheets and custom visual presentationsContribute innovative concepts, current design trends, and new creative approaches to ongoing projectsCommunicate and present creative ideas confidently to internal teams and stakeholdersBalance multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining exceptional design quality
