Associate Art Director

This person will support art director with ideation, concepting and  design help to produce compelling original assets in collaboration with key cross-functional partners throughout the company. support Art Director with ideating, executing, and the production of the  assets supervise all projects handled by the direct team including ideation of the project website design, web editorial content, all web communications (emails, web ad buys, facebook content, etc) oversee and art direct projects collaborate with marketing team to develop creative concepts utilized across all communication touch points that continually reinforce the brand and move it forward; execute these ideas in all web communication translate strategies into compelling and innovative creative that engages the customer, drives traffic and continues to build the brand’s relevance and desirability Partner with the Editorial team to create copy for posts Partner with the Brand Strategy team Maintain and help update the social media concept calendar/decks Regularly review competitor profiles to ensure highest creative executions Dealing with Ambiguity: Can effectively cope with change; can shift gears comfortably; can decide and act without having the total picture; isn’t upset when things are up in the air; doesn’t have to finish things before moving on; can comfortably handle risk and uncertainty.
